Sandra Keeter Introduced Steven Price (above) of Edward Jones Investments. His company is privately owned and not subject to the fluctuating stock market values. It was started in 1922 in St. Louis, MO. It became a partnership in 1941, and was headed by son Ted in 1948. The company has expanded to over 10K offices world wide with seven in Cleveland County. The company stresses agent compatibility with clients. The stock market is recommended for long term investments.

The Rotary Foundation Banquet is Monday, November 10, in Concord. Need prepay checks for $40 from attendees. Larry Dooley needs the proceeds from Hog Happening ticket sales. Patti McMurry told of her recent participation in the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington DC, where she was one of the 18K people that finished out of 30K that started. She is recovering from blistered feet, but has helped raise money for Hospice.
FOUNDATION JACK POT: over $100

Our Club needs food and staples for the Homeless Shelter and magazines for the hospital. Each donation is worth one meeting makeup.
